基于CAN总线的智能雨刮控制系统研究

摘    要:设计了一款智能雨刮控制系统,采用具有LIN总线接口的雨量传感器来获取雨量和光照强度信号。系统设有自动、关闭、间歇、慢速和快速挡这5个挡位,当系统处于间歇挡或自动挡时,可根据雨量大小对雨刮进行智能控制,无需驾驶员手动操作。控制系统同时还具有CAN总线通信接口,可向其他车身CAN网络控制节点发送灯控和窗控命令,从而实现自动开启前照灯及自动关闭车窗操作。本系统大大提高了车辆雨天行车的安全性与舒适性,经过仿真测试,系统工作稳定可靠,实现了雨刮的智能控制。

Abstract:This paper presents the design of a smart wiper control system. In the system, a rain sensor with LIN bus interface is used to obtain rainfall and light intensity signal, and there are five modes such as auto, off, intermittent, slow and fast mode. When the system works in intermittent or auto mode, the wiper can be intelligently controlled according to the rainfall, and manual operation is unnecessary. The control system also has a CAN bus communication interface, which can send lighting control and window control commands to other node. When other node receives the commands it will turn on/off headlights and close the windows. The system greatly improves driving safety and comfort in rain day, and is reliable. The cost of the system is low, therefore, it has great prospect of application.
