| 摘 要： | 以空调分体机的逆向设计为例，介绍了通过三坐标测量机进行接触式数据采集，应用NX／WAVE技术和自上而下的装配建模方法，多人并行地进行各零件的逆向设计，快速建立了空调分体机的3D数字模型。以此模型进行模具制造，企业可避免从国外进口模具，既节省成本，又可保证产品的质量。

Reverse Design of Separated Air Conditioner Based on NX/WAVE |

| Abstract: | Taking the reverse design of separated air conditioner product as an example,this paper introduces that a contact method for data acquisition by Capability Maturity Model(CMM),the application of NX/WAVE technology and top-down assembly modeling method,some people concurrently undertake reverse design of parts,rapidly finish the 3D digital model of separated air conditioner.Using the 3D model for mold manufacturing,enterprise can avoid importing mold from abroad,save cost and ensure product quality too. |
