特种设备检验检测仪器设备期间核查方法的探讨

摘    要:针对特种设备检验检测机构检验员不熟悉测量不确定度评定和计算的情况,提出了留样法、两台比对法及多台设备同比法3种不涉及测量不确定度计算的期间核查方法,用于特种设备检验检测用仪器设备的期间核查,使仪器设备出具的检验数据更具可信度。方法中均使用被核查仪器设备的最大允许误差进行结论判定。通过对游标卡尺采用留样法实施期间核查进行举例分析,可见本文提出的3种方法较为适合特种设备检验检测用仪器设备的期间核查,具有明显的可行性,并可对同类检验检测机构的仪器设备期间核查工作提供借鉴。

Abstract:This paper presents three intermediate check methods, including retention samples measured, two equipments comparison and multiple equipments comparison, not involved calculating measurement uncertainty, so that equipments used in special equipment inspection &testing will get data more reliability. The maximum permissible error of equipment is used in the methods. The methods presented in the paper are suitable for equipments via an example analysis of caliper intermediate checks with the retention samples measured method.
