恒压供水系统的MCP-PID控制

摘    要:针对恒压供水系统的控制改进需求,研究了MCP-PID控制器用于恒压供水系统的参数整定和性能测评问题,导出了按调整时间计算的MCP-PID控制器整定公式。应用MCP-PID控制的恒压供水系统仿真试验表明:与传统的ZN-PID控制相比,MCP-PID控制具有鲁棒性强、超调量小和调整时间短的优点。

Abstract:According to the requirement of constant pressure water supply system, a MCP-PID controller with parameter turning and performance evaluation is studied. The tuning formulae to calculate system’s regulation time for MCP-PID controller are derived. The simulation test results show that the MCP-PID controller has advantages of strong robustness, little overshoot and short adjustment time compared with the traditional ZN-PID controller.
