摘    要:从配电网运行管理问题、维护值班人员紧缺现象和智能配电网运行维护管理上面临更高要求等状况出发,综合分析配电网用户侧设备运行维护、故障定位、使用环境和电能质量监测等方面的需求,设计了用户侧电力设备运维管理系统,以提高配电网设备的运维和管理水平,对加强配电网设备生产者和用户侧相关信息的交流和共享尤为有效。

Abstract:To solve the problems of distribution network operation and maintenance, short of personnel on duty, the paper analyzes the maintenance, fault location, environmental monitoring and energy quality monitoring for the user-side power equipment of distribution network. The designed user-side power equipment operation and maintenance system can improve the distribution network equipment maintenance and management level. In particular, the system can actualize infomlation exchange and sharing between manufacturer and the user-side of distribution network.
