摘    要:介绍了一种具有更高系统动态范同的170~325GHz波段天线测试系统设计方案,并给出了系统的功能和技术指标。文中重点阐述了为提高系统性能指标所采取的措施,包括:分级放大倍频方式、在本振路径增加倍频电路、低谐波次数混频方式、外部信号源及中频接收方案等。实验数据表明:与同类方法相比,所述方法在170—325GHz频段范同系统变频损耗整体降低了10dB以上,相应系统测量灵敏度有超过10dB的提高。实测方向图数据也有效证明了本文方案的可行性。

Abstract:The project, function and parameter of 170-325GHz waveband antenna test system with higher dynamic range are introduced. And this paper describes adoptive some measures to enhance the performance of system, in-eluding: multilevel amplification and frequency multiplication, the use of LO multiplication, low numbers of har-monic mixing, the use of external synthesizers and IF receiver. The experimental data show that the conversion loss of the 170-325GHz system is improved more than 10 dB and the system sensitivity is also improved more than 10 dB compared with the other methods. The measured antenna patterns effectively prove that the project studied in this paper is feasible.
