水利教育国际化若干问题研究

在经济全球化的带动下，教育逐步进入国际化时代。中国水利教育必须培养国际市场需要、有国际合作意识、知识更新速度快、创新能力强、适应国际交流与竞争的高素质国际型、外向型人才。阐释了水利教育国际化相关的概念，分析了其现状和存在的问题，探讨了国际水利人才的分类，研究了其人才培养的特征，进行了水利教育国际化的发展规划研究。指出了构建国际化教学体系，使学生自主、快速、及时获得国际新科技、新知识，培养学生的快速反应和竞争能力，是高校水利专业教学改革的重点。

Research on Some Problems of Water Conservancy Educational Internationalization

With the drive of economic globalization, the education gradually enters into the era of internationalization. Chinese water conservancy education must cultivate some talents who can meet the international market＇s need, have the international cooperation consciousness, update knowledge quickly, own strong innovative ability, accustom to the international exchange and competition and are the high-quality international and extrovert. This paper states the relative concepts of water conservancy education internationalization, analyzes its existing situation and problems, discusses the classifications of international water conservancy talents, researches the features of its cultivation and the development plan of water conservancy education internationalization. The paper also points out that the key point of university water conservancy specialty teaching revolution is to construct the internationalization teaching system to make the students gain the international new technology, knowledge quickly and timely and cultivate the fast reaction ability and competitiveness.
