国产300MW汽轮发电机组轴系扭振强度分析

摘    要:在对发电机组轴系扭振特征频率和模态振型的分析基础上,进一步讨论了华北电网采用分缸结构的某国产300MW机组轴系扭振动态特性。基于汽轮发电机组轴系扭振考核导则的要求,给出了机组轴系对发电机端相间短路和三相负载不平衡的响应结果,并据此数值校核了轴颈和联接螺栓的扭振应力强度。

Abstract:On the basis of analysing the eigen-value frequence and vibration configuration,a further study on the torsional dynamic characteristics of a nation-made 300MW turbine unit with separated cylenders, connected in the North China grid is proceeded, and according to the guideline for examing the turbine-shaft system vibration, the result of inference of turbine shaft system on the load-unbalance under interphase and threephase short circuits is given, and the torsional stresses on shaft neck is checked. The vibration stresses on the connecting bolts are taken by this value.
