销齿副齿轮的抗疲劳设计

摘    要:当前,对于销齿传动齿轮的弯曲强度分析仍然是基于传统强度理论和假设的静强度计算方法,与目前的技术要求存在一定的差距,有待进一步加以深入研究。本文抛开传统的基于悬臂梁理论的齿根弯曲应力的计算方法,借助于功能强大的有限元分析软件ANSYS 9.0,在齿根弯曲应力有限元分析的基础上,对应用日渐广泛的销齿传动的齿轮进行了精确的抗疲劳设计。为同类零件的精确设计及疲劳寿命的深入研究提供了有益的分析方法和数据。

Abstract:Courrently the analysis of bending intension of vice gear of pin gear transmission is still on the basis of the traditional theory of intesion and the supposing computating method of actionless intension,comparing with the present technology request,which has the certain disparity and is to study for further performs thoroughly.This article,which abandoned the traditional computating method of tooth root bending stress that is on the basis of the theory of cantilever degirr,and is with the aid of software ANSYS 9.0 that is used for finit element analysis with formidable function,on the basis of the finit element analysis of tooth root bending stress regard of the gear of the pin gear transmission.It is for wide using day after day,carried on the precise design of counteracting fatigue.And the article will provide beneficial analysising method and database for the precise design and the further study of fatigue life of the similar accessory.
