摘    要:本文根据扫描电镜(SEM)二次电子图像的成像原理,采用基于有限元的SFS(shape from shading)三维重建算法,通过对已有的三维重建算法中的B矩阵修正,提出一种新的模板算子.对单幅锆-4合金低周疲劳断口(SEM)进行三维重建,得到了较好的结果.

Abstract:In this paper,a calculating method SFS(shape from shading) based on scanning electron microscopy and Finite-element model has been established.By amending B in the old arithmetic,a new template was mentioned and applied to reconstruct the fatigued fractograph of Zircaloy-4.The experimental results showed that the algorithm is effective.
