| 摘 要： | 分析了低合金钢厚截面斗齿在常规热处理条件下易出现齿腔裂纹和齿尖淬不透的成因，提出了具体的热处理工艺方案，消除了PC1000和SKA006的淬火裂纹，并获得了良好的硬度和韧性。

| Abstract: | The cause of the crack and no-hardening happening in the low-alloy steel heavy section tooth casting in the condition of normal heat treatment process was analysed. The heat treatment process in detail is provided to eliminate the quenching crack for PC1000 and SKA006, and the excellent hardness and toughness are obtained. |
