Abstract:Base on the experiment teaching status quo of food major and through probing into a kind of new experiment teaching method, the status of the experiment teaching was heighten. It add the experiment theory teaching, innovate the method of examination, improve the operating capability of student, and cultivate the synthetical experiment diathesis of student.
