聚醚酮酮的合成研究

摘    要:研究了以1,2-二氯乙烷为溶剂,无水三氯化铝为催化剂,在温和条件下,二苯醚和对苯二甲酰氯合成高分子量聚醚酮酮(简称PEKK)的方法,找出用浓盐酸脱催化刑,乙醇提纯聚合物的有效途径。红外光谱表明,醚芳环上的对位氢都参与了反应,测试了PEKK的主要理化性能。

Abstract:T A study has been made on synthesis of Pofy (EtherKetoneKetone)(PEKK) with diphenyl ether and terephthaloyl chloride as reactants, 1,2-dichloroethane as solvent,and aluminum chloride as catalyst. An effective method has been found to get rid of the catalyst from the PEKK product with concentrated hydrochloric acid (HCl),and purify itwith ethanol. IR spectrum shows that para-hydrogen atoms on the aryl rings of the diphenyl ether have been substituted. Some major physical and chemical properties have been determined.
