活塞环全自动倒角机的单片机控制系统设计

摘    要:本文阐述了活塞环全自动倒角机工作原理,详细介绍了采用单片机构成的全自动倒角机电气控制系统的硬件、软件和可靠性的设计方案,给出了电气控制系统的硬件电路图、程序流程图。该控制系统实现了上下料、活塞环整形、活塞环压紧、活塞环倒角、空仓停车报警、故障报警等功能的自动控制,并实现了设备与上位计算机的通讯。

Abstract:This paper discusses the working principle of piston ring full automatic chamfering machine. The designing scheme of hard-ware, software and reliability of the electric control system based on single-chip microcomputer for piston ring full automatic cham-fering machine is introduced in detail. The hardware wiring diagram and the program flow diagram are given. The control system re-alizes automatic control of loading and unloading workpiece, piston ring plastic, piston ring pressing out, piston ring chamfering, stop and alarm when the workpiece storehouse is empty, trouble alarm, etc. And the control system realizes the communication between the machine and the upper computer.
