触摸屏技术在微弧氧化过程控制中的应用

摘    要:为了更好地显示和处理微弧氧化过程参数,采用工业触摸屏,代替现有以旋钮、按钮、指示灯和数码管组成的传统人机界面。应用触摸屏技术,实现过程参数的实时储存和图像化显示,方便地调用和下载历史数据。通过MODBUS协议,实现触摸屏与电源控制系统的通信。应用组态软件MT8000,开发图像化显示及USB数据下载等工作界面。试验表明,本文设计的触摸屏软件和硬件电路,能够满足微弧氧化过程控制的各种要求,拓宽微弧氧化电源功能,提高生产应用能力。

Abstract:In order to optimize the display and parameters in micro arc oxidation process, used industrial touch screen to replace the existing knob, button, light and digital tube of traditional man-machine interface. With the application of touch screen technology, easy call and historical data download can be reached. Through MODBUS, the communication of touch screen and the power control system were realized. The software MTS000 was used to develop visualization display and USB data download work interface. Tests showed that the design of the touch screen software and hardware circuits can satisfy the micro arc oxidation process control requirements, broaden the function of micro arc oxidation power, and improve the a- bility of production application.
