表面施胶淀粉与合成表面施胶剂协同作用的研究

摘    要:以提高纸张抗水性为目的,应用静态接触角、纸张透气度和Cobb值评价淀粉和合成施胶剂的成膜性与抗水性,探讨了淀粉和合成施胶剂的协同作用。实验结果表明:氧化淀粉B和合成施胶剂d的成膜性最好,其混合使用后能有效的提高纸张抗水性,并控制了生产成本;应用于不同原纸时,对含BCTMP原纸的抗水性提高不明显,却能显著改善白牛皮原纸的抗水性;尤其是应用于高强瓦楞原纸时,完全能够取代浆内施胶,其中Cobb值(60s)降低了85%、耐破指数提高了177%、环压指数提高了91%。
