聚丙烯酸钠高吸水性树脂的制备与吸水率的影响因素

摘    要:水溶液聚合法合成了聚丙烯酸钠强吸水树脂。研究了单体浓度、反应温度及交联剂用量、引发剂用量对树脂吸水率的影响。测试了常温和40℃时树脂的保水率和保尿率。结果表明:单体浓度为17%、引发剂用量为0.10%、交联剂用量为0.21%,反应温度为70~75℃时树脂的吸水率最大,最大吸水率达到树脂本身的约620倍,吸尿率达到630倍。

Abstract:A super water absorbable resin, sodium polyacrylate was synthesized by solution polymerization. Some influential factors such as monomer concentration, reacting temperature and amounts of crosslinking agent and initiator, were investigated and the swelling dynamic was studied. The ratio of remaining water and urine at normal temperature and 40℃ was tested. The experimental results indicates that the .water absorption are the highest when the reacting temperature is 70-75℃ and monomer concentration, contents ofcrosslinking agent and initiator is about 17%, 0.21% and 0.10%, respectively. The highest water absorption and urine absorption ore 620 and 630 times as itself.
