陕西茯砖茶中“金花”菌的生物学特性分析

摘    要:从陕西茯砖茶中,对"金花"菌分离纯化并进行生物学特性分析,进而对其种名进行鉴定。从陕西茯砖茶中分离纯化得到一株"金花"菌,将其分别接种到马铃薯琼脂培养基、改良察氏培养基(含5%NaCl)、察氏琼脂培养基、改良察氏培养基(含14%NaCl)、20%蔗糖察氏琼脂培养基上进行菌落、菌体及其繁殖特征的观察,并通过DNA测序在分子水平上对菌株进行鉴定。通过以上对"金花"菌的菌落、菌丝体、繁殖特性,以及其ITS测序分析确定该菌为冠突散囊菌。陕西茯砖茶中"金花"菌的种名鉴定结果与其他产地"金花"菌的种名鉴定结果一致。

Biological Characteristics Analysis of "Jinhua" Fungi from Fuzhuan Brick Tea in Shaanxi

Abstract:A "Jinhua" Fungi separated from Fuzhuan Brick Tea in shaanxi,research the biological character and then identifiy the specific name of "Jinhua" Fungi.A "Jinhua" Fungi separated from Fuzhuan Brick Tea in shaanxi,observed the colonies,mycelia and reproductive character of "Jinhua" Fungi which living on potato dextrose agar medium,Modified Czapek’s medium(with 5% NaCl),Modified Czapek’s medium(with 14% NaCl),Czapek’s medium,Czapek’s medium(with 20% of sucrose).And the tested fungi were identified in the molecular level by DNA sequencing.[Result] According to the colonies,mycelia and reproductive character as well as the ITS sequencing of the tested strains,it was identified as Eurotium cristatum.The specific name of "Jinhua" Fungi separated from Fuzhuan Brick Tea in shaanxi the same as the specific name of "Jinhua" Fungi separated from Fuzhuan Brick Tea in Other origin.
