SMAS/木质素磺酸钠接枝共聚物的制备及表征

摘    要:以甲基丙烯磺酸钠(SMAS)与木素磺酸钠为原料,合成了新型表面活性剂,探讨SMAS用量、引发剂用量、反应时间、反应温度对接枝聚合反应的影响。通过红外(FT-IR)对其结构进行表征;通过凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)测定了其分子量以及分子量分布的变化;通过扫描电镜(SEM)对接枝聚合产物的外观形貌做出了分析。结果表明:SMAS与木质素磺酸钠接枝聚合成功;产物分子量50000的分子明显变少,而分子量50000的分子数目显著增多;产物的外观形貌发生了变化,产生了一些小突起。

Abstract:The new surfactant was synthesized by sodium lignosulphonate and sodium methylallyl sulfonate (SMAS). The effects of the dosage of SMAS, the dosage of initiator, reaction time and reaction temperature on graft polymerization were examined. The structure of the products was characterized by FT-IR; the molecular weights and the variations of molecular weight distribution were detected by gel permeation chromatography (GPC); their morphologies were analyzed through scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results show that graft polymerization of SMAS and sodium lignosulphonate has been obtained; the molecules of products whose weights are less than 50 000 get decreased obviously, and the molecules whose weights are more than 50 000 get increased significantly; the morphologies of products change, and some tubers appear on their surface.
