桉叶油盐酸酸洗缓蚀剂的开发

摘    要:用蒸馏法从樟树叶中提取桉叶油,运用正交试验法对以桉叶油为主的复合酸洗缓蚀剂的缓蚀效果进行初步研究,采用线性极化法评价缓蚀剂的缓蚀效率,初步探讨其缓蚀机理。结果表明,最优配方对碳钢在5%的盐酸溶液中有良好的缓蚀效果,属于混合控制型缓蚀剂。

Abstract:Eucalyptus oil was extracted from camphor leaves by distilation and used to be the main component of the corrosion inhibitor for acid pickling of iron.Linear polarization method was adopted to evaluate the efficiency of the corrosion inhibitor.The corrosion inhibitive mechanism was proposed.The optimum inhibitor for carbon steel in 5% hydrochloric acid solution was obtained and it is a mixed-type inhibitor.
