ASME法与压力面积法在压力容器大开孔补强设计中的分析与比较

摘    要:针对压力容器两种大开孔的补强计算方法——压力面积法和ASME法,介绍了两种方法的适用情况,分析了两种方法的异同,考证了ASME法计算公式的理论依据和由来,通过对某容器大开孔结构的两种方法进行计算比较,显示了其间的重大差异。并利用有限元分析,将孔边弯曲应力作为一次应力进行校核,证明ASME法的正确性。通过改变接管的壁厚,利用ASME法对容器大开孔结构进行重新的开孔补强计算。

Abstract:Between the pressure area method and ASME method, the reinforcement calculation method of pressure vessel with large openings was analyzed and compared. The suitable condition, similarities and difference of the two methods were given. The principle of the calculation formulas of the ASME method was deduced. A significant difference was demonstrated by means of this two reinforcement design method that a pressure vessel with large openings was calculated. Through finite element analysis, take the opening bending stress as primary stress to check and approve the ASME was right. Modify the thickness of connection tube, and take use of ASME method to recalculate the opening reinforcement of the pressure vessel with large openings.
