Construction project budget is the main basis to decide,distribute,control,manage,calculate and supervise the project investment.In order to make the capital construction funds play the greatest role and create the best social benefit,the factors affecting project budgeting should be avoided.Based on this,this paper introduces the project budgeting and the factors affecting the accuracy of building construction budgeting.
