摘    要:电力工业是我国国民经济的支柱产业之一。电网的管理与运营均向着商业化的方向高速发展,为了适应这种发展趋势,建立一个可以自动进行电能量采集的系统非常必要。电能量采集系统是以低压电力用户集中抄表系统为基础发展起来的,除了居民用户用电信息外,该系统还把配电区内的公变侧电能信息、发电厂及变电站的电能表数据、专变用户的电能信息及电能表等相关设备的运行工况等数据信息纳入其中。文章介绍了电能量采集系统的设计与实现。

Abstract:Power industry is one of the pillar industries in China's national economy.With the rapid commercial development of power grid management and operation,it is very necessary to build a automatic system for electric energy acquisition.The electricity energy gathering system develops rapid based on low-voltage electricity meter reading system.This system can store many kinds of information,such as the information of residents consumption,the information of public side change in distribution area,the data of energy meter in power plant and substation,the energy information of independent users,the data information of energy meter and other related equipment,and so on.In this article,the design and implementation of this system is introduced.
