Based on the present day human life style features,the housing design should be adapted to the physical requirements and spiritual differences of the modern people ,The housing design should take into account the natural lighting ,ventilation ,sufficient sunshine, landscaping, dynamic and static zoning, indoor space privacy , flexible spatial organization, convex windows, two bathrooms and leisure balcony ,ect so as to improve living quality and make the housing comfortable, healthy and safety.
