| 摘 要： | 以洛阳市隋唐城天堂遗址保护建筑工程的箱型桁架制作为例,针对Q420-D材质厚板的焊接,通过焊接工艺评定,结合实际操作,对Q420-D材质厚板的焊接难点及对策、工艺流程、焊接操作、焊接应力消除等方面进行深入研究,总结出Q420-D材质厚板的成套施工技术,可供类似工程参考。

| Abstract: | Taking the fabrication of box trusses for the protection building of the heaven site in Luoyang which belonged to an important building constructed in the Tang Dynasty,for example,according to the welding of Q420-D steel plate,it was studied in detail its welding difficulties and countermeasures,process flow,welding operation and elimination of welding stress etc through evaluation of welding procedures,as well as combined with actual operations.It was also summarized a complete set of construction techniques for Q420-D steel plate,which provided a reference for similar projects. |
