摘    要:以无工艺孔钢梁与H型钢柱焊接节点作为研究对象,基于ABAQUS有限元分析与拟静力试验,对无工艺孔节点与普通工艺孔节点受力性能进行比较,并阐述无工艺孔节点的性能优势及在我国应用的可行性。结果表明,无工艺孔法应用于钢结构梁柱节点,可以有效地提高节点的抗震性能,在我国现阶段钢结构加工技术条件下应用具有可行性。

Abstract:The object of study is a welded joint of non-scallop steel beam to H-shaped steel column. The mechanical behavior comparison between the normal joints and non-scallop connections was done based on the finite element analysis with ABAQUS and the pseudo-static test, and then the performance superiority of non-scallop connection and its feasibility of applying in China were demonstrated. The result indicates that the aseismatic behavior will be effectively improved while non-scallop method is applied to steel beam-column connection, and its application is feasible under the conditions of current steel processing technology in China.
