摘    要:本文采用金相显微镜,扫描电子显微镜进行组织分析和显微硬度测定等方法,研究了锌铝合金基陶瓷复合层激光重熔后的Al2O3相分布以及和硬度曲线之间的关系;并对其形成原因进行了探讨。

Abstract:The relationship between distributing and micro-hardness of Al 2O 3 phase in Laser remelted Zn-Al based Ceramic thin film is analyzed by means of optical microscope,SEM,micro-hardness test and so on,Its forming mechanism is also discussed in this paper.
