含齿环形振子的振型一致性分析

摘    要:基于有限元数值分析方法,对环形压电振子的面外弯曲模态进行了模拟,研究了振子齿数对弯曲模态一致性的影响。数值结果表明,当齿数为模态阶次的整数倍时,振子具有理想的振型一致性。

Abstract:Based on FEM,for circinal piezoelectric vibrator,modal of bending vibration out of plane was simulated to have studied the influence of the number of teeth on bending modal consistency.The numerical results expatiate that piezoelectric vibrator has the ideal modal conformity when the number of teeth is integer multiple of modal order.
