国内特殊尾管悬挂器研制现状与发展趋势

为适应水平井、分支井、大位移井、小井眼井以及复杂井眼条件下的尾管固井要求,近几年不断有新型尾管悬挂器被研制应用。这些新型尾管悬挂器包括:可有效解决尾管重叠段封固质量差和油气水窜的集尾管悬挂器、封隔器于一体的尾管封隔悬挂器及其回接装置;具有液压、机械2种坐挂功能的双作用尾管悬挂器;用于深井钻井中的超大尺寸、重负荷尾管悬挂器;适用于老井和套管开窗侧钻井的小尺寸尾管悬挂器;防止CO2、H2S气体腐蚀的特殊尾管悬挂器以及水平井尾管悬挂完井系统等。这些特殊尾管悬挂器在国内陆上和海上油田的应用中,均取得良好效果。介绍了其研制及应用概况,并就其发展方向提出了建议。

Review on Present Situation and Development Direction of Special Liner Hangers in China

To meet the requirements of liner cementing in horizontal wells, multilateral wells, extended reach wells, slim holes and complex condition holes, new types of special liner hangers have been developed and applied in China in recent years. These new types consist of liner hanger integrated with hanger and packer, which is used to improve cementing quality at the liner laps and stop oil/gas/water channeling and migration, together with the tie-back devices; double-action liner hanger integrated with hydraulic and mechanical functions; super sized and heavy load liner hanger for deep well drilling; small sized liner hanger suitable for sidetracking in cased wells; special liner hanger which is subject to CO 2 and H 2S corrosion and liner hanger for horizontal completion, etc. These special liner hangers have been successfully used in onshore and offshore oilfield completion.
