两种内置式转子结构电抗参数的研究

摘    要:永磁同步电动机电抗参数是电机性能分析和优化设计的重要依据,需对不同转子结构的电抗参数进行分析.在三维电磁场数值计算的基础上,利用Ansoft软件对两种内置式永磁同步电动机的交、直轴电枢反应电抗参数进行计算,在此基础上总结出两种转子结构永磁同步电动机电抗参数随气隙长度和永磁体磁化方向长度的变化规律.试验测试结果与计算结果相吻合.结论表明:该方法能指导转子结构的选择.根据所得的规律,确定转子结构的设计策略.

Abstract:The reactance parameters of permanent magnet synchronous motor are most essential to the performance analysis and optimal design.It is necessary to analyze the reactance parameters of different rotor structures.Based on 3D electromagnetic field numerical analysis,the Ansoft software was used to calculate the reactance parameters of permanent magnet synchronous motors with two interior rotor structures.The variation in reactance parameter of the permanent magnet synchronous motors with gap length and permanent magnet magnetism length was determined.The calculated values agree well with the measured ones.It means that the present method can be applied in the selection of rotor structure.
