生物制剂处理焦化废水的研究

摘    要:焦化废水毒性大,有机物含量高,较难处理。引入生物制剂处理焦化废水,通过在序批式生物反应器上的对比试验,研究了生物制剂处理焦化废水的效果。结果表明:在温度为25℃左右,曝气16h,投加生物制剂后,COD、挥发酚、氰化物、氨氮去除率平均增加了9.5%、0.6%、3.3%、35.1%,且反应器耐有机物冲击负荷能力有所提高。

Abstract:It is difficult to treat coke-making wastewater with high toxicity and organism.Contrastive experiments had been done in batch reactor sequencing by microbial agents in order to investigate the treatment effect.The results show that under the temperature of about 25°C,aeration time 6 hours,the SBR reactor inoculating microbial agents have better disposal effect than the common SBR reactor.The efficiency of COD,phenol,cyanide and NH3-N removal averagely increases by 9.5%,0.6%,3.3% and 35.1% respectively.In addition,the ability of the reactor resisting changes of sludge loading is improved.
