| 摘 要： | 龙滩水电开发将给龙滩库区带来一系列环境问题,在分析目前现状的基础上,提出建立社区参与环保的机制、健全环境保护工作法制机制、实施生态移民、建立生态旅游圈4个方面的对策,目的是实现龙滩库区人口、资源、经济、环境之间关系的协调、和谐发展.为建设"生态龙滩"服务.
