一种高压断路器伺服控制器设计方案

摘    要:为进一步提升高压断路器智能化水平,在高压断路器电机直驱机构研究的基础上,分析了永磁体尺寸对电机性能的影响,设计了电机直驱高压断路器伺服控制系统。其伺服控制器硬件系统包含功率变换模块、转子位置检测模块、电压及电流采样模块以及通信模块等,同时,基于此硬件系统设计实现了各模块之间的信息交互以及系统控制的软件系统。搭建伺服控制器与高压断路器电机直驱机构的试验样机,进行高压断路器的分、合闸操作特性测试。试验结果表明:所提出的高压断路器伺服控制器设计方案可以驱动断路器动触头根据设定曲线完成分、合闸操作,具有响应速度快、实时性能好、跟踪误差小等优点,同时可以实现操作过程数据的存储及通信。

Abstract:In order to further improve the intelligent level of high-voltage circuit breakers(HVCBs), based on the research of the direct motor drive mechanism of HVCBs, the effect of permanent magnet size on the motor performance is analyzed and a servo control system for direct motor drive HVCBs is designed. The hardware system of the servo controller includes a power conversion module, a rotor position detection module, a voltage and current sampling module, and a communication module. Meanwhile, based on the design of the hardware system, a software system that implements information interaction and system control between various modules is implemented. A test prototype of a servo controller and a direct motor drive mechanism of HVCBs was constructed to test the opening and closing characteristics of the HVCBs, and results show that the proposed design scheme can drive the movable contact and complete the opening and closing operations according to the set curve, which has the advantages such as fast response speed, satisfying real-time performance, and small tracking error. In addition, it can achieve the storage of operating data and communication.
