| Abstract: | Preparation of cell colonies grown on soft agar for electron microscopic examination is tedious. Mechanical damage to cells can occur during the process of colony removal. A procedure which permits rapid colony removal and preserves the integrity of the individual colony for ultrastructural examinations is described in this paper. |
