催化重整装置高负荷生产瓶颈分析

文中分析了某炼油厂300 kt/a固定床催化重整装置在高负荷生产时的工况。从原料、操作条件、设备等方面入手,重点讨论了制约负荷提高的因素。结果表明,如果对该装置部分设备进行扩能改造,装置生产能力至少能达到320 kt/a。

Analysis of high capacity production bottleneck of catalytic reformer

This paper analyzed the operating condition of a refinery’s 300kt/a fixed bed catalytic reformer under high production capacity. It emphasized the factors restricting capacity increase starting with feedstock,operation condition, equipment and etc. The result showed that,if expansion revamp is made to some equipment,the capacity of the unit can at least reach 320kt/a.
