尿素料仓粉尘结晶治理技术应用

摘    要:在尿素包装生产过程中,尿素颗粒在3个料仓中短暂贮存,尿素颗粒中夹带的粉尘会沉积在料仓壁上,由于尿素具有吸湿潮解的特性,经过一段时间后尿素粉尘会在料仓壁粘附结块,影响料仓正常工作,对安全生产就会造成一定的影响,同时在清理过程也存着很大的不安全因素。利用超声波具有极大的加速度,以及纳米不粘涂层稳定的化学性质、在常温下几乎不与其它化合物作用这一特点,采用超声波及纳米不粘涂层相结合的装置,来抑制料仓尿素粉尘的结晶。代替人工清理尿素贮料仓,可降低人工清理料仓劳动强度,同时为企业增加经济效益。

Application of treatment technology for dust crystallization in urea storage bins
Abstract:During urea packaging production,urea granules are stored in 3 bins for a short time,the dust entrained by urea granules can deposit on the bin walls. Because urea has the characteristics of moisture absorption and deliquescing ,urea dust can stick on the bin walls and cake after a period of time,which affected normal work of bins,had certain influence to safety production,and significant unsafe factor existed during cleaning. Taking advantage of great acceleration of ultrasonic wave,and the chemical property of stability of nanometric non-sticking coating which is hardly reacted with other compounds under normal temperature,device combing ultrasonic wave and nanometric non-sticking coating was used to inhibit crystallization of urea dust in bins. This method replaced manual cleaning of urea bin,can reduce the labor intensity of manual cleaning,and improve economical benefit for enterprise.
