| 摘 要： | SQ37A型切叶丝机下排链齿轮轴轴承仅靠防尘垫片保护,在日常清洗排链时轴承内容易进水,导致润滑油劣化进而造成轴承损坏,从而影响排链输送系统的正常运行,影响切丝质量.为此,对SQ37A型切叶丝机齿轮轴轴承的密封和润滑部分进行了改进:即改进了轴承座,使用油封代替原防尘垫片；设计了加油装置；选用新型耐水润滑脂代替原铝基润滑脂...
