| 摘 要： | 档案是党和国家的宝贵财富,是我国建设发展的数据库、资源库、经验库和谋略库。档案信息资源是档案最具凭证性、权威性和可靠性的资源。因此,做好档案信息资源的管理工作是做好档案工作的关键一环,而目前档案信息资源管理工作中还存在着不少问题,只有在档案信息资源的管理中不断加强资源整合、推动科技创新、注重人才培养,才能实现档案信息资源的有效利用。

| Abstract: | Documents are the libraries of data,sources,experience and strategy for our country's construction and development,and they are also invaluable treasure of our Party and state.Document information sources are the ones featuring best in warrant,authority and reliability.Therefore,the key link of doing the document work successfully is to manage the document information sources well.Now there are still some problems in document information sources management.For the effective use of document information sources,we should constantly strengthen resources conformity,improve scientific innovation and pay great attention to talent cultivation. |
