非接触式扭矩仪中的感应供电技术

摘    要:为了实现非接触式扭矩仪中的转子电路的无线供电,设计了采用单管谐振变换和松耦合变压器的感应耦合电能传输系统,并且通过状态空间法对等效的电路拓扑进行了建模分析.实验结果表明:可以使用该模型较为精确地分析电路的性能,同时,利用感应耦合供电系统中松耦合变压器原副边可分离的特点,可以实现非接触式扭矩仪中的无线感应供电,对类似应用也有一定的参考价值.

Abstract:In order to make sure that rotary circuit of non-contact torque measurement functions correctly,an inductively coupled power transfer system,using a single power MOSFET as resonant converter,was presented.It was realized with a detachable and ironless high frequency transformer.Furthermore,this paper offered a state-space method for the analysis of the equivalent circuit.Experimental results show that this model is precise enough to analyze the equivalent circuit and the system is suitable for cordless powe...
