| 摘 要： | 由于PROTOS 70卷接机组刀盘进刀机构设计不合理,经常因进刀机构密封圈漏气和轴承损坏等故障导致进刀失效,影响卷烟切割质量.为此对顶杆机构进行了改进,采用外置标准气缸替代原有的内置非标准气缸,将一体式结构改为气缸式推杆和顶杆机构两个独立单元结构,其中的顶杆机构采用轴承与外置标准气缸连接.应用效果表明,PROTOS 70卷接机组采用外置标准气缸式顶杆机构,从根本上解决了刀盘进刀机构故障频发问题,维修频次降低了75％,配件成本降低了99％,提高了进刀机构工作的稳定性和可靠性.
