| 摘 要： | 采用碳化硼还原法制备LaB6.为了提高LaB6的纯度,先将原料碳化硼进行化学处理,再用其还原氧化镧,并经酸洗、蒸馏水洗等步骤制备出Fe含量低于0.01％、C含量低于0.02％的LaB6粉末.整个工艺过程LaB6的收率为79.5％.

| Abstract: | LaB6 is prepared by teraboron carbide reduction.In order to improve LaB6 purity,B4C goes through chemical treatment before used to reduce La2O3,followed by pickling and distilled water washing to obtain LaB6 powder containing Fe 0.01% and C 0.02%.The yield of LaB6 is up to 79.5%. |
