| 摘 要： | 文中介绍了传感器及变换器测试仪的设计过程,重点描述了其工作原理及测试仪硬件及软件的设计要点.采用了基于阵列切换开关为核心的硬件电路设计,通过软件控制阵列开关切换关系,使测试仪上的不同型号的电连接器接口匹配接点输出关系的传感器及变换器.另外,使用基于LabVIEW软件作为软件编程平台,缩短了测试软件的开发周期.LabVIEW所设计的测试仪具有技术成熟、集成度好、高精度、便于维护升级等优势,可广泛应用于测试标准信号输出的传感器及变换器.
