| 摘 要： | 网络环境下高校图书馆的服务功能并没有发生变化,但服务方式、服务渠道发生了根本的变化。通过阐述高校数字图书馆的特点,提出了基于数字化图书馆的服务体系,分析了提高图书馆管理人员人文素质的重要性和必要性。

| Abstract: | Service function of the university library under the network environment does not change,but the service mode,service channel has changed fundamentally.The article expounds the characteristics of the digital university library,proposes a service system based on digital library and also analyses the importance and necessity of improving the humanistic quality of the librarians. |
