微波消解-离子色谱法测定烟草中的全硫

摘    要:为了测定烟草中全硫含量,采用微波消解技术将各种形态的硫转化为硫酸盐,考察了离子色谱法的消解和赶酸条件,用国家一级标准物质灌木枝叶验证了方法的准确度,并采用本方法和直接萃取-离子色谱法分别测定了部分烟叶中全硫和无机硫含量.结果表明:①该方法的相对标准偏差(RSD)<2%,加标回收率为94.8%~ 101.9%,灵敏度高,重复性好,准确度较高;②所测烟叶中无机硫与全硫含量呈极显著正相关(r=0.9934).

Abstract:In order to determine the content of total sulfur in tobacco with ion chromatography,the total sulfur in tobacco was converted into sulfate by microwave digestion treatment,and the digestion and acid removal conditions were investigated.The proposed method was validated by the analyses of national standard material,bush twigs and leaves,and the total sulfur and inorganic sulfur in some tobacco leaf samples were analyzed by this method and direct extraction-ion chromatography,respectively.The results showed ...
