基于区域的肝脏病灶CT图像分割及实现

摘    要:人体肝脏图像的分割是医学图像分割中的难点,分割结果的好坏直接影响医生对病人的诊断结果。在分析肝脏CT图像的特点的基础上,重点研究了独立连接阈值法及实现了对CT肝脏图像中肝脏病灶组织结构的分割。实验结果表明,该方法能非常理想的将目标与背景分开,过分和漏分情况较少,且计算简单易于实现。

Abstract:The human liver image segmentation is one of the hard tasks of medical image segmentation,while the results have a direct impact on the patient’s medical diagnosis.Based on analysis the characteristic of the liver CT images,this paper focused on isolated connected algorithm research and realization of liver lesions CT(computer tomography) image segmentation.The experimental results show that the method can be very desirable to separate the target and background,over-segmentation and leakage-segmentation is low,and the calculation is simple and easy to implement.
