| 摘 要： | 大连冰山橡塑股份有限公司研发的密炼机同步转子(TB转子)在华南橡胶轮胎有限公司F270密炼机上使用后证明具有吃料快、对胶料剪切作用强、产量高、单产能耗低、炭黑粉料分散性好、胶料性能、温度均匀等优点。本文还讨论了同步转子在不同相位时的性能差异;通过胶料炭黑分散度和混炼时间的对比,认为225相位时物料的分散性等多项指标都是最佳的。

| Abstract: | This paper discussed the differential property of the synchronous rotors at the various phase, having comparison of dispersion of the blacks mixed and several mixing cycles, by practice proved the excellent dispersion and characteristics are at the phase of 225 center degree. |
