差分色谱分析技术在气测录井中的应用

摘    要:为了获得更大的石油地质储量,随着超深井、水平井、大位移井的增加以及石油勘探逐步向复杂区块转移,井下情况越来越复杂,钻井过程中使用混油、有机添加剂对钻井液污染情况增大,给录井油气层的识别带来困难.尝试用差分色谱分析法来应对上述难题,介绍了差分色谱分析的工作原理、流程、实现方法及差分色谱分析参数的应用.现场的应用结果表明,差分色谱分析可以解决现场录井中真假油气显示的识别问题,对钻井液有机添加剂的使用以及混油、钻井液污染等情况下的录井工作起到较好的指导作用.

Abstract:In order to gain the more petroleum-in-place, with the number rising of ultra deep wells, horizontal wells and large displacement wells and oil exploration transferring to complex blocks, the downhole situation is becoming more and more complex. Due to the pollution of the crude oil and organic additive mixed in drilling fluid, it is difficulty for mud logging to identify the oil-gas layers. The paper attempted to solve the above difficult problems with difference chromatographic analysis method, and introduced difference chromatographic analysis operating principles, flow sheet, implementing method, and the application of difference chromatographic analysis parameter. And combining with the on-site applied samples, it explained that difference chromatographic analysis can solve true and false oil-gas shows identifying problem during on-site mud logging, which takes a good guiding functions for mud logging under the condition of the drilling fluid being contaminated by the organic additives, crude oil or the other contaminated products.
