| Abstract: | The crack phenomenon of the pipe of high pressure hydrogenation cracking reactor was described. The reason of crack with analyse such as chemical composition, macro - appearance, metallographic examination, micro - appearance was found. The inspection method of the pipe, the weld plan of the pipe , the examination method of quality after welded were introduced. |
