基于虚拟仪器的多参数自动测试系统设计

摘    要:提出了一个基于PCI总线的虚拟仪器的多参数自动测试系统的软硬件设计过程.利用NI公司NI6251采集卡和图形化编程软件LabVIEW,实现了高精度的多路温度、电压、电流测量及其控制,并能自动完成数据采集、分析、存储和显示.

Abstract:A hardware-and-software design of multiple parameters automatic test system based on PCI bus virtual instrument was provided. Using NI6251 data acquisition card and graphic programming software-LabVIEW offered by NI Company, this system can realize highly precise test for multi-channel temperature, voltage, and cur- rent signals and control functions. Data acquisition and analysis, saving and display were automatically accomplished.
