红麻全秆高白度化学浆的研究

摘    要:系统地对红麻全秆烧碱-AQ法间隙蒸煮工艺进行了研究。研究认为,烧碱-AQ法比KP法更适合于红麻全秆的蒸煮;同时首次在实验室条件下模仿连续蒸煮的实际生产过程进行了连续蒸煮的研究,并对连续蒸煮纸浆进行了可漂性能的探讨。

Abstract:This essay systematically researched the soda-AQ batch digestion process of(whole stalk).The results showed that soda-AQ digestion is more suitable to kenaf(whole stalk)than KP digestion. In the meantime, this essay had done the research of continuous digestion in laboratory in the way of imitating the factory process of continuous digestion.
